A Farewell programme was arranged to the Asst. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Edwin Monis and other three resident priests Rev. Fr. Anil A. D’Souza, Rev. Fr. William Gonsalves & Rev. Fr. G.W. Vas on 27th Sunday May 2019 after 7 a.m. Mass.
Asst. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Edwin Monis transferred to St. Lawrence Church, Vijayadka as Parish Priest. Our Resident priests Fr. Anil D’Souza transferred to St. Joseph Vaz home as Director and Fr. William Gonsalves & Fr. G.W. Vas moved to the retired Priests home, St. Joseph Vaz home. All the priests were honoured with shawl & bouquet. Fr. Edwin Monis spoke on behalf of the moving priests. As well another farewell programme was conducted to the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza, on 9th June 2019 after 7 a.m. Mass. Our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza transferred to Infant Jesus Church, Modankap. He was honoured with a shawl and bouquet.Vicar thanked the parishioners for all the support given for the last seven years & promised his prayers.
