On 3rd November 2019, Sunday the programme for the Altar Servers of our parish was held at 8.30 am to 3.30pm.in the Parish Hall. Around 42 Altar Servers were present for the programme.
Rev. Fr. Anil Pinto, Asst. Parish Priest, Animators Mr. Aeren Lobo, Mr. Ronald Fernandes and Sr. Sonal A.C. conducted the whole programme. Mr. Christopher Rodrigues helped to conduct the different acivities. Rev. Fr. Joseph Lobo, the Prish Priest encouraged and addressed to the Altar Servers. He asked altar servers to serve for all the masses especially on Sundays.
The program began with the prayer led by Fr. Anil Pinto. The program was included different activities. Since this year we started Altar serving for girls, Fr. Anil Pinto took session on introducing liturgical articles for both Altar boys and girls. Thereafter had practical sessions, different games, and group activities.
The program ended with refreshments at 3.30p.m. It was greatly appreciated by all the Altar servers and their parents.
