4. Election of Ward Representatives  on 17^th  November 2019

5. Following members are elected as Ward Representatives by their respective Ward members to the forthcoming Parish Pastoral Parishad which will be sent for approval to the Bishop.

6. Peter Ward members are celebrating the Feast of their Patron today during 5 p.m. mass and thereafter get-together in the Parish Hall.
7. Meetings this week:
   • Parish Finance Committee Meeting on Monday 11^th November at 6.00p.m. in the Board room. All the committee members are requested to attend.
   • Secular Franciscan Third Order meeting on Monday 11.11.2019 at 4.30pm in the Monica Hall.
8. The charges for the mass offerings are revised from 1^st January 2020 as per the order by the Bishop of Mangalore Diocese. Revised Mass offerings are displayed on the notice Board.
9. The Election for the Corporators of Mangalore City Corporation Council will be held on Tuesday November 12^th from morning 7.00 a.m. to 5.00p.m. All those who have the right to vote must exercise their franchise. Kindly elect the candidate who would serve the society selflessly.
10. Agnes Special School, Bendore is celebrating its 50^th Golden years of serving the children with special needs.  As a fund raising programme a Tulu Drama  Pushpakkana Imaana” “ಪುಷ್ಪಕ್ಕನ ಇಮಾನ” will be enacted  on 17^th November in the Special school grounds. Drama tickets will be sold in our Church campus today & tomorrow  by the parents.  We appeal you to join hands to support their cause.
11. “Kendoniyans”  “ಕೆಂಡೊನಿಯನ್ಸ್”   drama will be enacted tomorrow/today at 6.15p.m. at the Paduva college grounds by the Maskared Group.
12. Little Sisters of the Poor, Home for the Aged , Kulshekar, Maroli, will be organizing Fund Raising Event “Mini Carnival” tomorrow from 8.30a.m. to 4.00p.m. For details refer the Notice Board.
13. ICYM Jeppu, St. Joseph Church is organizing Youth Trophy 2019 , Inter-Parish Football Tournament for men and Lagori Tournament for women on 17^th & 24^th November 2019. For details refer the notice board.
14. ICYM , Episcopal City Deanery is organizing “ARISE – 2019” – A unique Retreat specially based on the problems faced by the present day youth tomorrow  at Valencia Hall from 8.30a.m. to 3.00p.m.. We request Milagres Youth and YCS members to attend this programme.
15. Joe Mathias, Rector of St. Peter Seminary, Bangalore and the faculty will be here with us for all week end Masses requesting your support towards the Seminarians. Our volunteers will be distributing the leaflets outside today. We request your prayerful support towards the seminarians. Kindly support generously towards this noble cause.
