On 24th January 2018, New Year get together was arranged for the senior citizens of the Parish. Programme started at 10.30 a.m. with a short prayer service. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Valerian D’Souza, gave a reflection on the Bible reading of the day. He gave his message to the senior citizens gathered. There were about 70 members present. Rev. Fr. William Gonsalves our own senior priest was also present and blessed all of us.
Entertainment and games were organized. All the senior citizens participated as one family. The programme ended with lunch. It was decided to meet every month in the church hall. The group consisted of 60 years to 87 years of age.
