Ladies Social Service League Milagres is one of the six units L.S.S.L Mangalore. Our unit has 28 members and we meet on the 2nd of every month at Monica Hall.
About Ladies Social Service League
Ladies Social Service League Milagres is one of the six units L.S.S.L Mangalore. Our unit has 28 members. We meet every month on 2nd Tuesday at Monica Hall.
Our main activities are,
- Visiting the old members of L.S.S.L at homes & hospital
- Make hospital visits & comfort the sick
- Visit the old age homes & spend some time with them
- Mothers day is celebrated for the mothers of our Parish
- Visit the Senior priest home St.Zuze Vas home during Christmas season with kuswar
- Celebrate Christmas with Cheshire home inmates
- We offer a Mass once a year of the departed souls of our members
- Family day held at St. Aloysius home with mass
- Once a year we organize a half day recollection
- Visit the inmates of St. Antony’s poor house & distribute eatables & conduct games. Spend some time with them
- Raise funds by raffle tickets. We also do secret collection at the meeting
- Participate in the church activities wherever we are assigned
- Parish Priest is our spiritual Director
