  7. Altar Servers gathering at Urwa on 27th August from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. All Altar servers are requested to attend.
  8. From the 30th of this month, we begin the special prayers and offering of flowers to Infant Mary in view of the Feast of Nativity on September 8th. Weekday mass is in the evening at 5.30, Saturday it’s at 5.00 p.m. and on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. Kindly be present along with the children with flowers to be offered to Infant Mary. The Liturgy is conducted by the children. Even the singing will be done by them. If any of you wish to give sweets, kindly contact us. Sponsors and Mordom could be given in the Church office.
  9. Monthi Feast Committee organises novena at the residence of Mrs. Mariette Dsouza, Monthi Saibin ward from 30th evening at 6.45 p.m. Kindly be involved to lead the prayers.
  10. We will have the catechesis for confirmation from 3rd October to 11th October evening between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Children of 10th and above are eligible provided they attend the class without fail. Kindly register yourself at the Church office with your baptism certificate and telephone number. Those of other Parish, they will have to get the letter of the respective Parish Priest. The Confirmation is on 13th October at 4.30 p.m.
  11. The First Holy Communion catechesis starts from 3rd October from 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Kindly register with baptism certificate. 1st Holy Communion is on 19th October at 9.30 a.m.
  12. There is an ample opportunity to study Konkani in schools, colleges and even M.A. in Konkani could be done through Mangalore University which has a separate branch for Konkani promotion. Kindly make use of this facility to save our language and even the chair in Christianity wing at the university.
