  3. Ward Meeting Today:
    1. Fatima ward meeting at the residence of Daniel & Philomena Menezes, Flat No. 6F, Delta Court Apts at 5.00 p.m.
    2. St Peter ward meeting at the residence of Asha Praveen Fernandes, Babugudda at 5.00 p.m.
  4. Tomorrow we will have the blood sugar and blood pressure checkup. Also hearing screening facility is available. It’s between 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. We have other health checkup, lipid profile and other components at minimal fees by Ideal Lab.
  5. Fr. Alwyn Serrao, the new Principal would arrive here on Wednesday at 4.30 p.m. Those who can make it you are welcome.
  6. We are grateful to Fr. Dr. Michael Santhumayor for his service to our Parish and in particular to Milagres College for a decade. As he moves to Fr. Muller Medical College as Administrator w.e.f. 4.08.2025, we wish him well and may Our Lady of Miracles be his strong intercessor.
  7. Tomorrow, there is a career guidance programme at 5.00 p.m. at Milagres college auditorium. Students of 8th, 9th & 10th will attend together with their parents. We want the PUC, YCS and Graduate students to attend this without fail. Kindly treat this as very important.
  8. Next Sunday 3rd August we have “Yuva Milan” between 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the Milagres college auditorium. Youth kindly be part of it and encourage the youth of our Parish too. We request the PUC, graduate and the unmarried up to 28 years to attend this programme. Breakfast and lunch arrangements will be there.
  9. Thursday is the feast of St Ignatius of Loyola
  10. Today is the world day of grandparents and the elderly. We wish them well and assure our prayerful support as they are physically weak and as good many of them are lonely. May Sts. Joachim and Ann be their intercessors.
  11. Mangalore Quizzing Foundation is organizing the general knowledge quiz for the children upto class 10th. The details are on the notice board and are forwarded to you. You may kindly register as there are attractive prizes.
  12. The backyard Pendol and the attached washrooms doesn’t give a good ambience to have food and there are other disadvantages. Hence we attend to the renovation and extension of the whole structure and arrange to have food counter for about 250 people. The project is approved by the Finance Council. The Bishop’s committee has endorsed it. We begin the work from next week. Kindly co-operate with the inconveniences until the work is complete. We request you to use the main gate only for your visits to the cemetery.
