  4. On April, 3rd we have a programme to have a Healthy Body & Cool Mind. It’s at 5.00 p.m. in the Senate Hall. Health tips and working on physical outlook will be the strategy. Kindly benefit.
  5. On 11th of April, we have the get together of the Lectures and the Teachers. Those who wish to join, kindly register in our Church office. It’s at 6.00 p.m.
  6. We have a big programme organised at the Varado level in which 11 Parishes participate. It’s scheduled on 6th, 7th and 8th April at Seminary grounds at 5.30 p.m. We have two Psalms to sing on 6th at 7.30 p.m. and the programme on Holy Family is on 8th at 6.30 p.m. We wish them well. We invite all of you in the evening time to be part of this programme. It’s a mixture of spiritual, cultural and social issues. No talks but just the acting, signing and dance.
  7. Stany Baretto is elected as the Gurkar of Lourdes ward and we wish him well. We remain grateful to David Pereira, the previous Gurkar.
  8. The Holy week will be a busy week, with confessions in the forenoon and retreat in the evening, kindly join in this special devotion to have spiritual favours.
  9. Dr Ritesh D’Cunha & Dr Shannon Fernandes of St. Francis Xavier ward have donated 9 mass vestments. Pink and usable even for weddings too. We are grateful to them, moreover to their service to the Church.
  10. The Inspector General of Police has sent a notice to us to have the security measures to our historical Church. There are six directions to be followed strictly including to have the screening through metal detectors. We would oblige to follow all the other conditions except the metal detectors as we have practical problems. That’s why we inform you the seriousness of the security concerns here. If any suspicious people are noticed kindly intimate. No parking is permitted in the premises overnight. No baggage to be carried inside the Church. Hence let’s co-operate.
