  3. Ward Meetings & Gatherings:
    1. Our Lady of Sorrows Sodality meeting is on Monday in Monica Hall at 5.00 p.m.
    2. Ladies Social Service League meeting is on Wednesday in Monica Hall at 5.00 p.m.
    3. Christian Mother’s recollection followed by Mass is on Thursday in Monica Chapel at 4.00 p.m.
    4. Today is the feast of Nithyadar Mai – a Parish level feast. Tomorrow at 5.00 p.m. we have the Nithyadar Ward feast, followed by their get together.
    5. Today also St. Peter Ward celebrates their patron’s feast. Happy feast to them. Their get together is in the Parish Hall at 7.00 p.m.
    6. Sunday is the feast of St. Aloysius Ward. 9.30 a.m. is the festal Mass, followed by their get together in the Parish Hall.
    7. On Wednesday at 5.00 p.m. we have the scholarship distribution to our children. Those who have applied and are intimated of scholarship, kindly be present.
    8. On Tuesday at 5.30 p.m. we have the meeting for Ward Gurkars and the SCC secretaries of the ward (or the SCC core group). Kindly be present for the meeting.
  4. Wednesday is the feast of St. Thomas the apostle.
  5. Next Sunday, we celebrate our Parish feast. 7.00 a.m. is the Solemn Eucharist. In preparation for the feast we have Triduum this week, Wednesday to Friday. 6.00 p.m. is Mass followed by adoration and prayers. Kindly attend in large numbers. You may kindly give mordoms and pirjent at Church office.
  6. We are grateful to each of you and specially the finance committee, the parish pastoral parishad, the institutions and the religious houses for being hospitable to our Bishop. He has conveyed his appreciation and gratitude for the affairs at Milagres. Meanwhile he has given approval to another project of Milagres, i.e., to install solar system to jubilee hall which will cost us about 70 lakhs.
  7. We congratulate Fr. Michael Santhumayor for having conferred doctorate. We appreciate the determination and challenge of this great man.
