  5. We request the Parents of the children who are due for First Communion to register their names latest by this week. We begin the Catechesis to the children from the 2nd week of October between 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  6. In view of the anti-drug awareness programme, we have several programmes organized for children, youth and Parents at Parish level and even at wards through street play and other sessions. Drugs should not affect our families. Let us protect the families and also have an awareness of it.
  7. We have a video clipping on drugs that is displayed before all the masses for 7 mts. It is for awareness on anti-drugs and secondly we could be of some help to others, may be our neighbors, those work with us or in our flats. It’s compiled by Fiona Miranda, Falnir Terrace, our youth. Thanks to her.
  8. On 1st October we have street plays organized in four places between 5 to 6.30 p.m. This is again for awareness. There will not be any ward meetings on that day. The wards are assigned different locations to be present for these street plays for 20 mts each in Kannada. You can come along with your neighbors even of other communities. More details we will provide.
  9. In view of Mission Sunday we seek your support in the programmes that we host on October 15th and November 5th. We will have the food items. The coupons are ready – If the ward leaders/delegation comes to you please support. It’s all for Mission Sunday.

On the occasion of the Birth Bi-Centenary of AC Foundress Venerable Mother Veronica the Sisters of Marjil, are organizing a Blood Donation Camp on Sunday, 1st October 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at St.Mary’s Convent, Marjil, Falnir. Above 18 and below 60 years can donate blood – Kindly support.
