  3. Tomorrow being the feast of Our Lady’s Assumption and 75th Independence we have the following services:-
    • 6.00 am – Mass in Konkani
    • 7.00 am – Mass in Konkani 8.00 am – Flag Hoisting in the Church premises
    • 8.15 am – Mass in English
    • 9.00 am – Flag Hoisting in the School premises with staff & students
  4. Being the Platinum Jubilee of Independence, we are requested to hoist the flag in each house.
    If possible try it along with your neighbours or with those living in the same flat. Let it be an occasion to have the solidarity with our nation and its welfare as citizens of India. Our request is that you have your DP as National Flag for India.

    4. Carmel Ward Meeting on 21st August Sunday at the residence of Clifford & Rita Misquith, Flat No.507, Inland Estoria, B.V. Road at 5.00 pm.
    5. On 23rd August, Thursday at 5.30 pm we have the Parish Pastoral Parishad meeting to plan out the feast of Monthi Feast.
  6. We wish to have the 1st Communion to our Parish children in October/November. We request the Parents of the children who are due for Communion to meet tomorrow/today on 14th at 10.30 am to finalize the date and time.
  7. Just to update the flooring of our Church, due to 109 graves inside the Church, the floor had no no strength, and it was loose soil. We filled the grave portion with stones and sand. Two inches of concrete bedding and four inches of slab on the floor is laid out. We also look into the necessary ramp and alteration of steps. Kindly whisper few affectionate words to Our Mamma Mary for its success.
  8. We are grateful to ICYM & YCS and others, who attended the ‘Yuva Milan’ on last Sunday. We had 55 Youth. Thank you Fr. Ivan and all the Coordinators.
  9. Mr. Melwyn Vas is appointed as the Principal of Milagres PU College. We wish him well. He is our Parishioner and an expert to handle the youth. We wish to improve the standard of all our Institutions as they are being headed by able and experienced hands.
