  1. We are happy to welcome you after a break of 2 months.  We hope and pray the future days are good to have normal life without any interruption
  2. We welcome Fr. Ivan Ashwin D’Souza as the Assistant Parish Priest of Milagres who joined service on 30th June, 2021. We are grateful to Fr. Anil Pinto for having served here for two years.
  3. The Church renovation is being done. We hope to complete the renovation, inside of the Church by August end. In whole area of the inside Church re-plastering is being done as the previous plastering has come out due to seepage.  We do it neatly and should be clean. Kindly co-operate with your financial support, prayers and certain adjustments in the location of the services.
  4. In view of the renovation the visits to the blessed sacraments, weekly mass will be held in St. Monica Hall. Sunday services will be in Jubilee Hall at Milagres Hall Complex.
  5. The Sunday Catechism is already begun on last Sunday through Bishop addressing the students and parents. Our teachers also have volunteered to be at the service of our students.  The catechesis will be through online mode until the children are allowed to come to the Church.  Our teachers will forward the links for catechesis and they will have Google Meet once in a fortnight to be in touch with students.  Parents kindly support us and your children in this process.
  6. There have been enquiries regarding the 1st Communion. We will hold on for some time until the situation is normalized.  We will fix the date with the parents.
  7. The cemetery is very clean. We have cut all the grass.  There is no lockdown to visit our departed.  They too are waiting for our visits with flowers and candles but not plastic and any other garbage which may be disposed in the dustbins.
  8. The Bishop has given direction regarding the dress code, photography, videography and other directives to maintain the sanctity of the Church. The same has been integrated in the rules & regulations for celebration format.  Kindly oblige to follow them, whichever is applicable to you.
  9. We celebrate the feast of Our Lady of Miracles today. On behalf of the clergy I wish you all a happy feast. May Our Lady of Miracles help us to live a life pleasing to her and to our people which would be a greatest miracle.
