SUNDAY CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS – 07/07/2019

  1. Today on the eve of our Parish Feast, we the Clergy wish each one of you a very Happy Feast of our Patroness, Our Lady of Miracles.  During this year, our Divine Mother has guided, protected and has taken care of us both spiritually and materially.  May this Feast of our Patroness strengthen our family bond, fill our hearts with spirit of love and forgiveness. May the unity and brotherhood in the Parish Community and in the Wards be strengthened.  Let us truly become real sons and daughters of our Heavenly Mother in the likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  1. Tomorrow we celebrate the Parish Feast to Honour our dear Patroness Our Lady of Miracles.  8.00a.m. is the festive Mass in Konkani, begins with distribution of Honours.  We have other Masses at 6.00a.m. in Konkani, 9.30a.m. in English and 5.00p.m. Konkani.  There will not be 7.00a.m Konkani mass.

  1. St.Antony Ward members are celebrating their Ward Feast on coming Sunday, 14th July 2019 during 5.00p.m.Mass followed by ward get-together in the Parish Hall.
  1. Secular Franciscan Third Order Meeting will be held on Monday 8th July at 4.30p.m. in the Monica Hall.
  1. Catholic Sabha is organizing Fr. Muller’s & K.M.C. Health Card Campaign on 13th, 14th July and 20th, 21st  July, after every Mass in the Monica Hall.  Timing: 4.30p.m. to 7.00p.m. (Saturday), Sunday – 8.00a.m. to 11.00a.m.
  1. The admissions for Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) & Diploma in Business Management (DBM) are started at St. Aloysius College. For more details refer the notice board.
  1. Sisters of Cloistered Carmel,  Kankanady are celebrating the Solemnity of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on 16th July at. 5.30p.m. Novena will be held from tomorrow/today 7th July at 5.30p.m.
  1. Altar serving is a special ministry done by altar boys and girls. We want altar servers serve at all weekend masses. We have decided therefore to start altar girls sodality in our Parish along with altar boys.  All those who study from 5th std. to 8th std. can join Altar Girls Sodality. Please give your names either to your catechism teachers or Assistant Priest Fr. Anil Pinto by 21st July.
  1. St. Peter’s Pontifical Seminary, Bengaluru appeals for your financial support to assist them in the maintenance and formation of seminarians at St. Peter’s Seminary, Bangalore. Appeal will be given to you after the mass.
  1. Ms. Adveena D’Souza from Milagres Youth is elected as Joint Secretary of ICYM of Episcopal City Deanery & Mr. Savio Gabriel from YCS is elected as Vice President of YCS of Episcopal City Deanery. We congratulate them.
