  1. The General Body Meeting of the Sodality of Mother of Sorrows will be held on Monday, 6th August, at 4.45p.m. in St. Monica Hall.  All the members are requested to attend the meeting.

 

  1. Monthi Feast: Milagres Parish has a special/unique tradition of holding Novena to Infant Mary in one of the houses of the Parishioners.  This practice has come down from our ancestors of this Parish.  This year as we plan for the celebration of the feast of “Monthi Feast” we would like to inform you that those who wish to “hold Novena to Infant Mary in their House, are requested to attend the meeting on Wednesday, 8th  August, at 6.00p.m. in the Parish Hall.  We also request “Monthi Feast” Committee members and Gurkars to attend the meeting.
  1. We have organized a Retreat for Catechism Children and their parents together tomorrow/today morning 10.30a.m. to 4.30p.m. in the Church itself. Team of experts related to children’s behaviour and growth will take up the Sessions. Problems related to the children, spiritual, Psychological, emotional behavioural, will be attended through prayer and counseling.  Kindly attend the Retreat with your child/children and do not miss this opportunity.  Invitation is open to all.
  1. Mr. Edwin D’Cruz is elected as the new Gurkar of St. Aloysius Ward.  We congratulate and wish him fruitful tenure.

  1. Prison Ministry India, Mangalore, will be celebrating Prison Ministry Sunday on 12th August 2018.  To rehabilitate the Prisoners, the Collection of next Sunday, 12th August, will be sent to the Prison Ministry India.  Kindly contribute generously to this Mission.

  2. Maharashtra Konkan Association, Mumbai, is celebrating 25 years of its existence.  A mysterious Konkani comedy play titled “Bostu” will be enacted at Don Bosco Hall, on Wednesday, 15th August at 6.30p.m.
