  1. Ward meetings:
    1. St. Francis Xavier Ward-Ward meeting will be held today ( SATURDAY), at 6.00p.m. at the residence of Doctors Rithesh and Shannon D’Cunha, Flat No.703, Royal Residency, Vas Lane. Thereafter at 7.00p.m. the Ward members and families will be celebrating Monthi Feast at the Community Hall in the same building
    2. Milagres Ward-Monthi Feast Celebration will be held at the residence of Mr. Stany and Mrs. Flavia Crasta, Greenfields, Attavar 1st Cross at 5.00p.m.
    3. Carmel Ward-Ward meeting and Monthi Feast Celebration at the residence of Mr. Denzil & Shirley Jesudasan, B.V. Road, at 5.00p.m.

 

  1. St. Peter Ward members are celebrating their Ward Feast on Saturday, 30th September, during 5.30p.m. Mass.

 

  1. This week on Friday we celebrate the feast of the Holy Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael.

 

  1. There will be a meeting of “Parents and Catechism Teachers” tomorrow/today at 8.15a.m. in their respective classes. During the meeting Catechism Progress Card will be given. Parents are requested to meet the Teacher without fail.

 

  1. The meeting of the Parish Pastoral Parishad is fixed on Tuesday, 3rd October 2017 at 5.30p.m. in St. Monica Hall.

  1. Next Sunday, October 1st, S.V.P. members with their beneficiaries will be celebrating the feast of their Patron-St. Vincent de Paul at 9.30a.m. Mass. Offertory collection will be given to S.V.P. to support their charitable work. Please be generous.
  1. The Annual General Body meeting of the M.C.C. Bank will be held tomorrow/today at 11.00a.m. in the St. Sebastian Jubilee Hall, Bendur. All the members of the Bank are requested to attend the meeting.

 

  1. Tomorrow/today after 8.15a.m. Mass I.C.Y.M. , Milagres Unit will be organizing a Programme called “YUVA MILAN” to all the Youth of Milagres Parish at Milagres College Auditorium. Even P.U.C. Students are welcome to join the Programme.

 

  1. On the occasion of Ayuda Pooja, we have organized Vehicle Blessing on coming Saturday/Sunday, 30thSeptember/1st October, after each Mass. You may get your vehicle on any one of the Masses.

 

  1. Catholic Sabha, Milagres Unit will be organizing Elocution Competition on 20th October. Those who are interested contact Mrs. Shanthi Dias, Convener, Elocution Competition. For further derails kindly refer the Notice Board.

 

  1. Inter Parish Konkani Poetry Recitation Competition conducted by Konkani Natak Sabha, Mangalore, Criselle D’Souza of Carmel Ward got the 3rd Place in Junior Category and Giselle Clarissa D’Souza of Carmel Ward secured 3rd Place in the Senior Category.

 

  1. Jeevan Jyothi Camp for the X Std. students will be held on 29th and 30th September, (Friday & Saturday), starts at 8.30a.m. at Bejai Church Hall. All the X std. students are hereby informed to register their names at the church office by Wednesday, 27th September 2017.The registration fee is Rs.350/-. This Camp is compulsory for all the X std. students.

 

  1. The Father Muller College is conducting a Free Screening Camp for various audiological speech and language disorders on 25th and 26th September from 9.00a.m. to 4.00p.m. at Hospital OPD block (room No.38), first floor. Details refer the Notice Board.

 

  1. Milagres Foot Ball Team had participated in the Inter-Parish Football Tournaments held on 17th September, at Bajal and have won the Runners up Trophy. We congratulate the whole Team members.
