  4. Tomorrow (Sunday), the children will have a small Sunday school exam and on 22nd February we will have the catechism Sunday. The teachers/sisters will guide them.
  5. 18th February is Ash Wednesday. We have Masses at

    Kindly attend any one to begin the Lent with prayer and God’s blessings. We will collect the mass offering for all the Masses. The amount will be fully used for the treatment of sick children as its children’s year.

  6. In the Lenten season, we have way of the cross on every Friday at 5.30 p.m. in the Church grounds followed by mass and adoration. Guest priests will lead the service. The wards are assigned for liturgy and to lead the way of the cross. Kindly be involved. The topics are on children and their upbringing.
  7. Lenten envelops are sent from the CODP as usual. These will be passed on to the respective wards. A small sacrifice to the poor. Kindly oblige. The Gurkars and area leaders kindly arrange to distribute the envelops.
  8. In the Lenten season, if masses are to be celebrated for the sick in their houses, you can contact us. It’s possible only on weekdays and we don’t expect the ward people to be present. Its private Mass praying for the sick and even the sacrament of the sick could be administered.
  9. The Palm leaves blessed last year if they are in your houses, may kindly passed on to us to prepare the Ashes for Ash Wednesday. Kindly do it by Sunday evening.

    With these, we complete the house blessings. If any houses are left out, you may kindly contact us. We are grateful to you for your hospitality. We thank the Gurkars, Ward representatives and the area leaders for leading us and for orderly arrangement.

  11. On 20th February at 6.30 p.m., there is a programme at Mother Theresa Peace Park, St Aloysius Deemed to be University. Its mysterium, an amalgam of singing and acting. You can attend.
  12. Today/Tomorrow is the feast of St. Anthony Feast of Relic. Mass is at 6.00 p.m. here at Milagres, kindly join the celebration.
  13. The Parish Bulletin, Milarche Milan is ready. Request the ward gurkars and area leaders to pass on the copies to the families.
