- Missionary Families of Christ (MFC) will be conducting a one day faith filled, activities based program for children aged 4-12 years, on 15th January, at St Aloysius School, Urwa. For more details, please refer the notice board.
- On 18th January, we have the Medical camp and blood donation camp as planned by Late Alwyn Fernandes, who died on 2nd January. It will be in the Cenacle between 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. We request the youth to donate blood and elderly to be there for health checkup.
- In view of the Parish day, we have the following programmes:
- On 24th January, Saturday at 5.00 p.m. we have the Thanksgiving mass.
- On 25th January, Sunday at 6.00 p.m. we have the staging of the Kokani Drama ‘Chiri’, authored by Fr. Alwin Serrao.
- On 26th January, Monday at 5.30 p.m. we have the cultural programme, of which the details and themes are already sent to the Ward leaders. The wards are divided into Sectors and themes are given.
Kindly involve yourself and co-operate wherever you are required.
- We are grateful to the Priests, Religious Sisters, the Parish Pastoral Parishad members, youth and those who were at the Diocesan Eucharistic celebration in diverse service and as volunteers. May the Eucharistic Lord be our Blessing for whatever we do.
- The Christmas celebration with diverse feasts season is over. From Monday, we begin the ordinary time of the Liturgical year. We pray for the regular activities. We have also given the prayer cards to each family through the Gurkar with a special prayer for our children.
- This year is declared as the year of Children by the Diocese. We already love them and they are being engaged. We will plan out some activities for them in April & May.
