  4. The Bishop has appealed to make a special collection for the people of Waynad as they have lost their houses, property and assets. Good many of them are injured and more than 420 have lost their lives. Hence the love offering of today is sent to this purpose. Kindly be generous. You can hand over the collection also in the Church office and collect the receipt for the same.
  5. From the 30th of this month, we begin the special prayers and offering of flowers to Infant Mary in view of the Feast of Nativity on September 8th. Weekday mass is in the evening at 5.30, Saturday it’s at 5.00 p.m. and on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. Kindly be present along with the children. The children will be actively involved in the Liturgy.
  6. The Monthi Feast Committee has organised novena at the residence of Mr Reuben Moras & Mrs Ophilia Moras at St Paul ward. It’s in the evening at 6.45 p.m. Kindly be present and involve yourselves to lead the prayers.
  7. We have the usual custom of offering vegetables & grocery. It’s to be done by the elders and children too. We present them to the Mother Theresa Ashram and the offertory procession is on 6th September, Friday at 5.30 p.m. Kindly be generous.
    Whoever is interested to provide sweets to the children during novenna may kindly contact us.
  8. Tuesday is the Feast of St Monica. Mass is at 4.15 p.m. at St Monica Chapel for Christian Mothers.
  9. Next Sunday, we have confessions to all the children. They will come to the College Auditorium at 8.15 a.m. as usual. We have the preparation and confessions in view of the Nativity Feast.
  10. Today we have the youth get together, Yuva Milan between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. at the Senate hall. ICYM, YCS and the youth of the Parish, Kindly join for the togetherness.
